Immerse Yourself in Nature

Allow the busy world to melt away as the California sun envelops you in its warm embrace. Close your eyes and breathe the fresh air that gently blows through the tall redwood trees. As you feel the grass beneath your feet anchor you deep into Mother Gaia, listen to the soothing melody of birds in the nearby forest. This seems somehow familiar, as though you’ve been here before. Our Journey of Alignment, Activation, and Assimilation

Alignment

Starting with guided breathwork on Day 1 and the evening opening ceremony, your retreat host and guides will work with you to open and strengthen your connection to the higher realms in a safe and protected container, then begin to calibrate the group as preparation for the guidance and activations of this journey.

Activation

The retreat activities and ceremonies are designed to awaken the dragon energies within and connect you with your dragon guides to support you on your soul’s ascension path. We will be working with the dragon collective as well as other members of our high frequency spiritual team (such as the archangels, ascended masters, and galactic guides), which will include channeled light language and messages, energetic balancing, and sound healing. You will be receiving dragon activations to awaken more of your 5D light codes, interspersed with activities that will allow for grounding, such as light physical movement.

Assimilation

This gathering, along with the calibrations, activations, and sacred ceremonies, are anchored in the conscious intention of facilitating expansion, to support you as you grow into your spiritual path and prepare for the new earth frequencies. I deeply value the importance of integration, community connection, and support, which will be available pre- and post-retreat, with more details to be shared as we get closer to the event.

The Venue

From the time I began envisioning this retreat, I knew it had to be in a forest setting, bringing us closer to the dragons and other elemental guides. I wanted the place to have a meadow, as close as possible to what I visualize in my classes and activations. Those who have journeyed with me before are familiar with our gathering place, a meadow in the 4th dimension, where we meet before ascending into the dragon realm. I'm excited to share that I not only found the spot, but my dragon guides confirmed this and even made sure the dates aligned!

The Stavrand is a boutique hotel nestled in the Russian River Valley surrounded by redwood trees, offering luxuriously comfortable accommodations in a serene backdrop. The Russian River flows nearby, with a path leading from the hotel to a pedestrian bridge into downtown Guerneville. This charming estate simply invites you to be transported across time and space.

We'll have use of the entire grounds, with a morning yoga session at The Bower, overlooking the forest. How about a forest walk to invite deeper connection with your dragon guides before one of the many dragon activations? Each of the rooms has a portable lantern – the perfect accessory to add more magic to the evening ceremonies. There are two fairy rings on the property, so it wouldn’t be surprising if we connect with the other elementals as well!

As the evening winds down, settle around one of the firepits with s’mores, or stargaze with your fellow participants under the night sky. To help anchor the high frequency activations, we will end the evening with a grounding sound healing ceremony to help you integrate before you settle into your warm, comfortable bed. Need to relax more? Many of the rooms have a soaking tub, jacuzzi, hot tub, or cedar hot tub. Or enjoy a hot chocolate by the fireplace if your room comes equipped with one.

The Cuisine

Get ready to enjoy signature meals created on site by The Stavrand’s culinary team of four chefs who pride themselves on using seasonal, sustainably sourced ingredients, some of which are grown right in the property’s orchards and culinary garden.

Start each day by enjoying the chef’s hot daily breakfast with fresh juices and local coffee or tea. Lunch will be served buffet style, and an afternoon snack will be provided to ensure we are properly grounding into our bodies in between retreat activities.

In the evening we will gather for a family style dinner in Stavrand Hall. Each 3-course dinner menu showcases Sonoma’s freshest, with the daily menu released each afternoon.

You are responsible for any costs incurred related to the following items that are not included in the retreat fee:

• Flights and ground transportation to and from the retreat venue

• Beverages that are not part of included meals
• Spa services, should you choose to book any during breaks in the retreat activities (must be booked ahead of time; reach out for more information).

Carla Macapinlac

Carla is a Reiki Master Teacher, Intuitive Energy and Sound Healer, Writer, and Multidimensional Guide. She is the author of Vade Mecum: An Always-Present Guide to Your Divine Path, and also publishes Mindful Morsels, a free newsletter on Substack.com. As the owner/founder of Vade Mecum, LLC, Carla’s mission is to awaken others to the always-present guidance and innate power within them, so they can step into their highest, most authentic vision for themselves.

Carla uncovered some of her psychic abilities early in life, with clairvoyance her most active gift. She channels guidance through aura readings, verbal channeling, light language, and in her healing treatments. As part of honoring her dragon lineage, Carla created her signature Dragon Energy Course, which she has been teaching since 2022, continuously expanding the content and format. She helps activate dragon connections in others through her courses and offerings.

Queenie Hilfer

Queenie is an International Reiki Master Teacher, Sound Healer & The Founder of her own private healing practice, Reiki and Flow. She has developed her own multidimensional healing modality that is a blend of reiki, intuitive energy balancing techniques, sound healing, channeling, and light language.

She is committed to supporting and uplifting the Lightworker community, providing tools, techniques and guidance for these Old Souls to carry out their light work. She offers private treatments, leads restorative sound baths, and has trained students globally to activate the healer within through her training courses. Queenie has led transformative retreats and collaborative events during key portals such as Lion's Gate and the 11-11 Portal.

Ryan Ng

Ryan is a pure Pleiadian starseed, Reiki Master, and Universal Channeler who believes that in order to help the collective, we must first hold up the mirror and do the inner work. He began his Reiki journey in 2019, when his sister introduced him to this healing modality. At the time, his current job was unfulfilling and he was searching for more purpose.

After diving deeper into his meditation practice and spiritual path, Spirit began bringing forth Ryan’s gift of channeling. Dedicating his life to service to others, Ryan has developed and fine-tuned this multidimensional ability and has channeled high-vibrational beings such as ascended masters, archangels, galactics, and more. Ryan now uses these tools to help others do the inner work to heal, learn more about themselves, and to guide people to rediscover their authentic self to be in alignment with their highest path.

Having seen firsthand the power of the mind-body connection she became certified as a Master Life and Success Coach, Master NLP Practitioner, Master Hypnotherapist, and a Breakthrough Breathwork Facilitator.

Combining her 15+ years of experience in the hospitality and event industry with these powerful healing modalities, Katie created Elevate Healing Events, a company that curates transformational events and retreats.
